| West Virginia is a Christmas tree, a tree of life and light. The evergreen tree stays green summer and winter, hot or cold, it never changes. We need to be like the evergreen and stay the same through the battles and the blessings. The red bulbs on the tree represent the blood of JESUS. Ornaments are to adorn, decorate and embellish. The star is to lead others to the light. JESUS IS THE LIGHT OF THE WORLD. The white lights are the purity of CHRIST. Prayer is the power source for the light. A Christmas tree is set apart from all other trees, decorated for all to see. The gifts are for JESUS, to be used for HIS purpose. It is now the fullness of time. The world is white unto harvest, the people are the laborers. When the house and the tree are decorated and the food has been prepared, then the children come home. They are coming back home to West Virginia. |
